FIN-GER Finnish-German Concept Store is located in the former Horse Stables at the Bürgerbräu Old Brewery in Würzburg, Germany. The Store is only 3 meters wide, 10,5 meters long and 4 meters high. The overall surface area is 33 m2. Barrier-free spaces include the storefront ArtBox and main Lounge, kitchenette and wc. The nanostudio is located on the Loft above the service spaces.

The Store is an architectural experiment in discovering how you can use the space in multitude of different ways. So far we have done a variety of exhibitions and events ranging from art to photography, a yoga studio, school of architecture for kids, design studio, Finnish-German design supermarket, pop-up restaurant at the International Restaurant Day (Ravintolapäivä in Finnish), nanokino for watching movies, a room-sized camera obscura with a projected inverted image, Finnish-German Architecture Biennale, etc. For more about spacial experiments > news
